We developed a suite of new marketing materials including a brochure and matching presentation format that positions the firm in a strong way against formidable competitors in the New York City school market.

To present HigherSchool as better able to address the needs of that market, we created a brochure that shows an understanding of schools’ concerns and how HigherSchool can help. The headline creates an enticing offer to the schools to learn about how HigherSchool uses their expertise to achieve results for each school. The unique design helps reinforce the message in a memorable way.  The client thought this approach was so effective that they asked us to adapt it for a national audience. The package also included inserts that show improvements in student achievement as a result of HigherSchool’s services.

When this web development company approached us to market their company, they envisioned a folder with inserts describing their various programming services. After understanding their sales process, we knew that a brochure with more sizzle was needed. So to help them stand out from other development firms and attract corporate clients and designers, we used an animal theme to convey firm’s approach to projects with attributes such as manageable, flexible, precise, and friendly. The copy is written to make the tech firm approachable, and the printing includes a spot gloss varnish over the images to create an elegant feel. The brochure was a huge hit with clients, and we were asked to develop postcards around the same theme.

To help a high-end contractor present his work, we created this brochure as a series of project cards housed within a translucent folder that serve as a mini portfolio. The overlapping panels suggest the sophistication and quality of the workmanship, while the individual cards comprise a portfolio that can be customized based on each client’s needs.

When you have more than 700 acres of the great outdoors and spectacular sports and activities, you want to flaunt it. This brochure opens up into a huge poster showing a map of the camp surrounded by photos of the different activities. The package included a registration form and reply envelope. The brochure was mailed out and distributed at camp fairs and was received very positively by both prospective campers and their parents. Camp registration is now full and has a waiting list for some of the sessions.

The Need

Over the past 7 years, Red Rooster Group has been the marketing partner for this high end residential contractor, developing their brand, marketing, and website that helped the company grow from $7 million to more than $20 million in sales through recession years. So when it came time to reach widen their scope, they turned to Red Rooster Group to determine how they could target architects and designers.

Our Process

Our interviews with 20 architects and interior designers revealed that they were most concerned about having their designs executed properly and maintaining a good relationship with the homeowner during the construction process.

Our Solution

So we developed theme of “Partners in Perfection” and used the brochure to describe all the ways in which Monmouth Custom Builders helps make architects look good to the homeowner through sound practices that deliver a great experience. The brochure’s engraved cover and die cut hole which lines up perfectly to reveal the logo demonstrates the firm’s attention to detail.

Our relationship with Nancy Koltes at Home extends over six years, during which time we have helped shape their brand as they have grown from 4 stores to 7. We design their national advertising campaign for lifestyle magazines, creating monthly ads that reflect the season and selecting and retouching images to convey the Nancy Koltes brand.

Products

We designed a series of Nancy Koltes branded products for their store. Scented shelf liner uses a pattern made from the logo while the labels for the linen water employ color bands to distinguish the various sizes and scents.

Bridal Package

To engage customers and to suit the elegant feeling of a wedding, the Bridal Registry package uses metallic silver. The kit includes the folder, a welcome letter, 8-page Gift Registry Form, FAQ Sheet, and a series of follow-up letters and postcards to inform registrants about the gifts they are receiving.
