ConsumerReports.org is known as the unbiased source of product information for millions of consumers. When it came time to increase the response rate on their subscription renewal emails, they turned to Red Rooster Group. We delivered with 3 different concepts that broke out of the bounds of the their typical subscription offers based on price alone. Taking a strategic perspective at understanding subscribers’ motivations, we developed concepts that explored benefits for consumers for re-subscribing. We also developed landing pages for each concept that carried through on the premise and design. Consumer Reports will be testing the concepts to see which pulls the best response.
