What You’ll Do
You will be an essential contributor to our clients’ success and the success of our agency, and making a positive impact on our world. In this role, you’ll make important strategic contributions and ensure executional excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring our client goals, needs, and expectations are exceeded. You’ll work directly with senior executives who will challenge you, inspire you, and drive you to achieve new levels of professional success.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts, including working with a seasoned team to formulate and implement strategy, media planning, testing, execution, analysis, reporting, and optimization.
- Lead the client relationship and service their strategic, creative, and executional needs and provide ongoing support.
- Oversee marketing, social and digital media initiatives.
- Spearhead all project management deliverables.
- Compile, analyze, and make recommendations based on campaign performance.
- Support the agency in other initiatives and new business efforts as needed.
What you’ll need to be considered:
- 7-10 years of client service and/or agency experience, ideally with some experience working with nonprofits and fundraising.
- Experience in B2B marketing a plus.
- Strong project and client management skills.
- Solid understanding and in-depth knowledge of social and digital media platforms.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage many projects at a time.
- A great attitude, strong work ethic, a desire to always learn and grow, and make the world a better place.
- A serious ability to have fun and laugh.
